Our Principal, Stephanie Mackenzie-Smith, works directly with you to guarantee you get what you need, and she won't stop working for you until your goals are achieved. Stephanie will always be your main point of contact, ensuring the seamless delivery of solutions and services.

Who we are
Stephanie has 20+ years of experience in communications, public relations, stakeholder engagement, and public affairs. She spent 8+ years of her public sector career leading an award-winning communications team at York Regional Police before joining a senior leadership team in municipal government.
Stephanie holds a BA in Journalism and a Masters in Public Administration. She is also a qualified PhD Candidate in Communication & Culture at York University, where she researches the relationship between the media and public policy processes.
She is a respected public administration professor at York University and in the Local Government Program at Western University.
